Combining advertising with other businesses in an area, hosting open houses, using incentives to draw in Buyers, outlining all the feature benefits of the selling property so that the appraiser also sees the value, developing area caravan showings coordinated with many different brokerages, displaying eye catching marketing materials so that a heavily-bombarded public actually sees your home and selling information are all creative ways I incorporate into my marketing plan. I believe that a manageable amount of listings is the only way I can continue to give 100% of my time, energy and effort. I commit to the most professional photographers using the most up to date technical equipment to showcase your home in the best possible way; no matter the price point of your home.
I have lived in San Marco, San Jose, Beauclerc, Mandarin and Ponte Vedra Beach since moving here in 1991. I’ve been in real estate since 2003 and am honored to work for and with The Legends of Real Estate. We take a team approach to selling real estate and helping clients buy. We offer a full range of service including property management, rentals, corporate transfers, new home sales coordination, resales, commercial and first time home buyers. I’m networked in the community and have been since moving here. I’ve been in sales all my life and have served on many board and PTA’s: Many years on Junior League, President of the PTA and very involved in the Episcopal School of Jacksonville, am on several committees at San Jose Country Club, have served as the major fundraiser Chair for the Jacksonville Zoo, served as Captain to several tennis teams and I graduated from Vanderbilt University in 1984.
