Tennessee native, Kathie attended the University of Memphis majoring in Home Economics. Upon moving to Ohio in 1979 she received accreditation for her Ohio Real Estate License and began her Real Estate career with Cline Realtors in Fineytown. After a successful career in Ohio Kathie relocated to Atlanta,Georgia and became a licensed Broker with Harry Norman and spent the next 18 years with Buckhead Brokers Coldwell Banker's Realty. As family grew up and moved around the country she followed her sons to Florida and became a resident of Jacksonville in 1996 and became a Florida Broker adding to her extensive background in real estate. The real estate industry has seen many changes in the last 40 years, but Kathie has been on the precipice of all the industry advancements and exceeding standards in the categories of service, ethics, and client representation. With her extensive background and first-person experiences in relocating. Kathie will guide her customers through a seamless transition with white glove service. When not representing her relocating clients, Kathie spends much of her time creating memories and experiences with her five grand-children.
