I’m Melissa Kehres of Jacksonville Beach and I look forward to giving you the ultimate, luxury real estate experience. I’m originally from Cleveland, Ohio and moved to Jacksonville early in 2000. I’ve fallen in love with this great city and I’m excited about its economic growth. Personal Note:

I worked with a corporation in town in negotiating their land leases as well as access issues for many years.  I decided to leave to create my own property management company.
