I became a Realtor in 2002 and spent the first 15 years with 2 of the largest brokerages in Jacksonville/Ponte Vedra Beach. In 2020 I found what I had been looking for at The Legends of Real Estate. I was thrilled to find a brokerage that was locally owned and had a passion for selling "The Bold New City of the South." The combination of their strong market presence, timeless brand, core values and integrity made them the right choice for me.

I have been actively practicing real estate for 35 years, including buying and selling, property management, and investments. I have had nearly 250 real estate transactions and marathon $50 million in gross sales volume to date. I am also a Certified Nocatee Agent for the local area and a Certified Distress Property Expert since 2005. 

My focus is on providing the highest quality of service while bringing a high degree of experience, knowledge, and negotiating skills into each of her transactions. My entire working process begins and ends with you as my client. I will prioritize being accessible, a good listener, and responding quickly to your needs.

As a former teacher, I valued the trust parents gave me regarding their children's education. As I transitioned to real estate, I noticed the same trust carried over as my customers entrusted in me with their most valuable asset--their home.
