I am a full time, licensed REALTOR® in Jacksonville FL. I love this city! From Mandarin
to San Marco, to the Northside to Riverside to the Southside, and out to the
Beaches...this is my city. I have been a REALTOR® in Jacksonville for 16 years. I’m so

I have raised four children in Jacksonville and the quality of life is just incredible. All four
kids graduated from Duval County public schools and have created lots of memories of
their own. Our schools in Jacksonville are great. I have seven granddaughters here in
Jacksonville and they all attend Duval County schools.
There are job opportunities in medicine, technology, the banking industry, teaching and
of course in the food and beverage and tourist industry. We are home to The Mayo
Clinic and The M.D. Anderson Cancer Clinic. The PGA tour corporate office is located in
Northeast Florida, and we host the Players Club tournament every year. Our
unemployment rate remains well below the national average.
Our real estate market in Jacksonville is crazy hot! New home construction is on fire!
The Nocatee area and all of St. John's County is growing by leaps and bounds. The
new construction market in the North Florida area has a home for every budget.
